ETL’s capability in PCB assembly stretches from complex surface mount and conventional through-hole to full product build. In the process, we include component procurement and rigorous test & inspection.
Our PCB Technicians are trained to IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 to ensure we provide the best quality products. PCB modification, repair & rework can be carried out in accordance with IPC7711/7721.
ETL also offers design for manufacture (DFM) advice to ensure cost-effective production, optimise product reliability and shorten development cycles. Our innovative and flexible approach assembly lets us achieve just-in-time manufacture to reduce production lead times and minimise stock levels.
Our Surface Mount manufacturing lines deploy advanced placement technology, screen printers and reflow ovens to offer a full range of short run and volume electronics assembly options. We handle components down to 0201 and up to QFP and BGA with ease.
Conventional through-hole PCB technology still has its place and is common in power assemblies. ETL offers several methods for conventional assembly including flow soldering and precision hand soldering
